Cahill magic and Kennedy headers seem the most likely sources at the moment

I think Wilkshire and Chippers are looking the most dangerous in attack atm and along with cahill i think they will be our biggest weapons and the most likely to set up kennedy. Obviously kewell and emerton can add plenty if they come back fit and firing. Also bresc is another who can create at times.
Having said all that, it doesn't look as though its quite clicking atm so im not overly confident of many goals

Cahill, Kewell, Emerton, Vidosic, Kennedy, Rukavytsia, Chippers, Culina, Wilkshire, Bresciano and Holman can all be very dangerous on their day. Only problem is they do have to be on their day. If we are chasing a game play a diamond 442 wilkshire and Chippers on the sides in defence Valeri holding midfield Kewell and Emerton on the wings Cahill in the center and Kennedy and Ruku up front. if that wont get us goals I dont know what will.

Kennedy =/= goals
When you look at the efforts of chippers and wilky over the past few friendlies they are creating some good chances, bresc is getting better each match and cahill is who he is. In terms of chance creation we should be able to get it together, but there really isn't anyone to finish. Kennedy looks like he doesn't even want to try and to contribute with his feet

I heard Own Goal has really picked up form over the domestic season with Manchester United.
Hope he has dual passports.

Hope he has dual passports. Saw the title and this instantly came to mind. Beat me by <5 minutes. Own goals, deflections and tap-ins i think are all likely, but hey, they count the same. Where the defense come's from is perhaps as troubling after last night though Ed: Harry and Emmo might be a shot if fit, did I miss their stats? Edited by Anchor Man (defend): 6/6/2010 04:41:04 PM

Is the Liverpool beach ball Australian? Or maybe we could find a decent young beach ball that plays much like him...

schimch wrote:germany, serbia and ghana =d> =d> I was thinking the same thing. Our best chance of scoring is Kennedy and Cahill. I can't see us scoring more than two or three. Though with the right tactics and taking advantage of Essien's absence, we could well run up a Tennis score there. If we still had McDonald, crossing earlier and aiming for Kennedy to bring MAcca and Cahill into play would have been the way to go. Since we don't have Macca, crossing late, deep and playing the overlap up the wings is the best option, aiming straight for Kennedy to head home and Cahill to mop up the clearances.
