cant fault the guy for this of course. hes doing a great thing, and the right thing. when it comes down to it, football is a game. his family should always come first.

As for leukaemia , my cousin got it when she was 14 , she is 37 now with 2 kids you fu%%ing idiot .

OK, I just googled and found out that leukaemia can be cured but only at an early stage. I do hope the child can be cure, I don't want him to die.

At this point, we dont know what type or stage the leukemia is at, so at the moment, lets have positive thoughts and well wishes for the little boy and his family until we know more.

Our prayers will be with Brad, his son and ex wife as well as those treating his son. I can speak from experience with one of the girls in my Sunday School going into remission from leukaemia, the issue is wether it has been diagnosed early enough and hopefully it has not been able to spread.

As for wether prayers are answered, all I can say in my experience is yes they are. Science is not the alternative to God, or the enemy of religion.

But more importantly this is not the right place be discussing this.

As much as we can get carried away sometime thinking Football is the most important thing in life; there are other things far more important. All the best Brad and family, hope everything turn out well.

There is nothing more devastating for a parent than finding out their child has a life-threatening illness. You would trade anything and everything you possess to make the nightmare go away if you could. I wish the Jones family all the best in their battle to get their child back in good health.
