Hmmmmm, 3 thirds hey?

What do you think about the FourFourTwo article All Whites Go Down To Chile?
NEW Zealand went down 2-0 to Chile overnight in Nelspruit in their last training run before their World Cup opener against Slovakia next Tuesday.

Have your say.

Apparently this game was televised on Chilean TV and had a crowd of 15,000 there when it was meant to be a closed off drill with no live TV coverage. Funny if true.

I watched it online. NZ had a couple of chances, one a goal mouth scramble where a header was saved off the line by a Chilean keeper. Chile also had a couple of chances early in the match, Paston making a save after the defense was beaten at one point.
In the third part of the game the third choice keeper and other squad members were given a run, up until then it had been 0-0, not bad considering Chile ended up equal with Paraguay on points for 2nd and 3rd behind Brazil in South American qualifying.
At no point during the warm up campaign have the All Whites looked out of their depth.

Your comments were fantastic until the last line. No need to sell us the team mate, there's 3 games in South Afica where NZ can show itself to the World. These games are mickey mouse (intensity and result wise). The real thing starts tomorrow night.

It was televised on a Chilean pay per view station and no way there was 15,000 people unless there was a massive crowd behind the camera. The stand opposite the camera was barely half full as it was.
