If there is one area where Germany could be vulnerable to Australia in their much-anticipated World Cup clash in Durban on Sunday it could be between the posts.

While for so long Germany has been associated with experienced keepers with the great Oliver Kahn wracking up 86 caps between 1995 and 2006 before being succeeded by former Arsenal goalkeeper Jens Lehmann, this time around the three-time World Cup winner has chosen three keepers with a combined total of just 10 caps between them after its first choice in Rene Adler was ruled out through injury.

In contrast Australian goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer is the Socceroos' most experienced squad member with 75 caps.
