I know you're parochial dt but I think Uruguay definitely have a shot at a result. See the MASSIVE money on Uruguay in the last 24 hours?

I am being serious about this. I think Uruguay have a great chance to beat France, if they didn't I wouldn't have predicted it. France have been poor, and Uruguay know that and will look to capitalise. Forlan and Suarez up front will be great to watch.
And yeah, I saw someone bet 1.5 million on them to win this game.

Lodeiro isn't in the starting XI, and I don't think he will get much, if any game time at all tomorrow morning.

He was a big suprise for me. Not just for the Starting XI but also for the World Cup. He didn't feature at all in the qualifiers, is playing for Peñarol in the Uruguayan division, and has only ever made 4 appearances for the national team. :?

phew  if you were as passionate as some of those south american supporters you'd probably track me down and shoot me if i got it wrong, and is it penarol or defensor who are they're biggest rivals, or both? if you hate penarol that would probably explain why you're not too fond of rios then

I don't understand how a guy in blistering form for a European club is omitted for an inexperienced guy from a domestic league.

Yeah, Nacional and Penarol are main rivals. The rivalry between them two are as fierce as some of the biggest in the world such as Milan vs Inter, Boca vs River, West Ham vs Millwall etc. And I am not as passionate as some of them, because I have to live with a Peñarol supporter (my dad).
But yeah, me supporting Nacional has nothing to do with me not liking him being in the squad. It's more the fact he is playing in the Uruguayan league, which is of not a high standard at all, and also he has hardly ever played for the national team before. But I suppose I will just have to see how he performs.
