Shouldnt we be thinking that we can pull of an upset and get a DRAW, not win, thats a bit excessive. A draw against Germany might be even sweeter than the japan victory.

This WC so far has shown that anything is posible, these 'big guns' have a fear of a first up loss and play accordingly. Even if they are cocky and think they'll woop our arse i reckon they tread cautiously. Every game so far has been quite even, to some degree.

If this game was at altitude i would say we would be a better chance as we have been in South Africa longer.

Hope your right Aloisi, I have a gut feeling as well that we might be able to pull off an upset tomorrow morning. We all know Germany start slow in big tournaments and only arriving in Germany a bit shy of a week ago, they have not had the same preparation as we have had in South Africa. Hopefully our fitness will prevail.

He was cocky on last nights Santo, Sam and Ed's football fever show. I have lost a bit of respect for him.

Why don't you tell us who Humphrey Bear thinks will win?

... As long as we are listening to opinions of people who are a Joke & don't matter

What do you think about the FourFourTwo article Aloisi Confident Of Upset?
THE man who fired Australia into the last World Cup is confident the Socceroos can pull off a shock win in their opening game of the 2010 tournament.

Have your say.
