This was a bridge too far from Cockring.

I agreed with his last article, but openly goading Kewell and posting details of private conversations between Kewell, Mandic & the FFA is not on.

A journalist should take himself out of the story. Cockring has made himself the centre of attention by putting himself firmly front and centre.

Not good for the team, the nation, or the rise of football journalism in this country.

What's bad about it is, most of the article isn't regarding football or Kewell's performance, but a dummy spit about a personal gripe he has with Kewell and his manager while he's uses the WC as an opportunistic vehicle to be vengeful.

Is it just me, or was there no point/no purpose to this article? The only thing I got out of it was that Cockerill doesn't like Kewell wearing underwear.
