This is in response to Joffa's poll 'Is it Acceptable To Boo Your Team'. It struck me as odd when people argued that the fans are there to support the team.

In my opinion, that's not the case at all. The team is there to play for the supporters, and if the supporters find that the team has failed them, then they are entitled to voice this. Players come and go whenever they like, but supporters have to stick behind their team through thick and thin, so I think the team is there for the fans.

What do you think?
