Gotta say, I called it about six months ago that they'd have ego problems.

As is previously stated, no player is bigger than the team. And the players shouldn't be airing their dirty laundry in public. But it's obvious that they have no faith in their manager. I'd feel sorry for them if they weren't French...

Members of the squad are throwing their hands up in disgust (or dispair). Their manager has walked out on the squad and it left Domenech looking like a complete fool. They need to remember that they represent something more than the 23 men and coaches in their squad. You don't air your dirty laundry in public. It will do more harm to do this than any gain.

Although if they at least put in for 90 minutes South Africa (another team out to retain some credibility) the French will be doing better than than their 2002 WC squad.

This is the chaos that would have ensued if we had followed Craig Foster's knee jerk reaction - to sack our coach after our first game in this World Cup.
We would have looked like an absolute rabble, like the French now and damaged our credibility & ability to attract coaches in the future.
I'm relieved we showed faith in the team.

No player is bigger than a Country.. Disgracefull stuff from the French team.
