So no one asked him about the non handshake of Arnold? Maybe ask him after the cup to keep them focused, but we really wanna know what Brec thinks of GA. Not much obviously. What do you think about the FourFourTwo article Bresc Up For The Aussie Cause? MARK Bresciano still believes he has much to offer the Socceroos despite being used sparingly by Australian coach Pim Verbeek throughout the 2010 World Cup.Have your say.

Who cares what Bresc thinks of Arnold. He was obviously pissed at coming off it could have been anyone there and he would have snubbed them.

Bresc can hold the ball better, but Chippers is quicker and more direct. There's been a lot of rubbish about Chippers being 'slow' and 'old' - anyone who saw the US game should know better. They are both terrific goal scorers from midfield.

Bresces is king in my book.

I think this is more about Bresc putting his hand up for Asian Cup selection. I dont think wholesale changes need to be made for the Asian Cup. There will be a few retirements, and a few players that will not come because of injury or tournament timing, but I think if we can get a majority of this squad, with a new coach, we will win the Asian cup. Japan and Sth Korea will be very strong, so we need to have most of the current squad there. We do need to rebuild, but this represents a realistic chance at continental silverwear. That would creat a massive buzz, and is something the hand-egg codes canot compete with.

Actually i think its mostly about Bresciano getting in the WC shop window for a new club deal to see his pro career out. Sure he did his bit against Ghana but otherwise recently he's looked slow, out of touch and the Ghana free was the first dead ball he's hit on target in along time.

"I could probably still give more to the country," he said when asked about his future. "It all depends on how the body pulls up but at the moment I am feeling good and there is no reason why I will stop (playing for Australia)." This is why I think he (not the article in general) was reffering to the AC. Agree with everyting else you said tho. Rumours are that Fiorentina are in for him.
