Rudd was a good PM during qualification, but he made some big tactical errors once the tournament began. He was inflexible with his tactics and favoured his key players to the detriment of outsiders with a lot of ability. His high popularity levels crashed because nobody could really relate to him on a personal level. Twelve months from now, nobody will even remember his name.
