If anything, either Africa or Europe deserve to have at least one slot taken away. North American have consistently shown they don't deserve 3.5 slots (and barely deserve 3), so you might as well just give their half slot to South America anyway.

Take the half-spot off Africa, and give half to Oceania, and half to Asia.

Fifa should ponder a lot of things, but they are a pack of corrupt idiots that are out step with common sense!

Fifa should bring in 2 rule changes.

1)They review all RED cards at tournaments like this, when there are so few games played, limited squad numbers and no real time to catch up a loss.
There should be three alternatives - No extra match ban (the match send off is seen as punishment enough), 1 match ban or a longer ban for foul play.
This could be a way to counteract overly card happy referees without undermining their authority.

2)They also need to review all games in Tournaments for Diving and give retrospective yellow and red cards for the offenders, depending on how it affected the result of the game. If players know that they WILL be caught, they might think again about cheating in this way.
