For the initial pass there was. If Iniesta hadn't touched it he'd have been onside.

The more I watch it, the more that was a blatant dive from Capdevilla. He should be ashamed of that effort.

Apart from the above a clinical performance by the Spaniards -
Their 2nd half was pure control by Alonso and cast great to watch.

I really expected Port to step up but maybe they left their attacking best v's nth korea LOL who gave no opposition, maybe they thought they were ready haha or
v's their cousins braaa zil, afraid to lose played defensive but wanted to muscle up what a wasted game that was.
About sums it up for Port pity they got 7 GF as I would have preferred watching Drogba and his crowd take on Spain.

and its hard to tell from that replay, but yeh capdevila...unimpressive antics, getting a bloke sent off at the world cup.

I still think Costa had his left elbow up which hit Capdevila's right cheek.

That was a wider angle shot of the incident @ 0:28. All the other replays catch only the end of it, when Capdevila falls over.

Looks like a Capdevila dive to me that resulted in Ricardo Costa's red card. Capdevila should be suspended in my opinion.

He was he made the most of his 5 touches by falling over and having a cry at the ref to get the extra air time he so deserves.

I watched the match and it was entertaining despite the low scoreline. Spain really dominated the Portuguese and Ronaldo was no where to be seen. lol

still hoping the spanish can finally do it.
