Chipped toward the goalmouth at just the precise moment so Mark Schwarzer could be barged out of the way and the ball bounce harmlessly into the goal.
Otherwise he was quite a good player, a-league would be unlikely but would be a great addtion.

You've been great Shunsuke, but Honda is now the new star of the Japanese National Team. I remember at a Japan game in Yokohama, I went to get some food and missed him score. The crowd went wild.. but i missed it all. Ah.. if only...

He'd be fantastic for the A-League. The big 2 don't really need midfielders though, we both need strikers? can he play as a striker?
