This guy has to be nearly as good as any player Japan has ever produced. He is certainly the best player of his generation at any rate. Even at the moment I think he'd give Hidetoshi Nakata a run for his money when he was the same age, and he's widely regarded as the best of his generation too.
Wish him all the best, but I'm sad that he was priced out of contention for a move to PSV. Props to the boy for doing so well at CSKA though, shows a real determination.
