This world cup was an embarrassment. Good work by Spain to win it, but when it's won in the style that they've done it, it leaves as much a bitter taste in the mouth as when Italy won it last time.

Dear Spain (especially Iniesta) and most of the other Latin countries who competed; Grow the fuck up and stop the diving, you are en embarrassment and do nothing to further the game.

Spain didn't deserve it. They really didn't play a good tournament. Believe Foster's wank if you will, but Germany and Netherlands both played a better tournament than Spain did.

Shocking diving from Iniesta made the difference and I don't know how he'll sleep tonight knowing that his cheating turned the game.

Well done to Spain, shame to see the way the Dutch played in the first half, should of had at least one red by half time.

A couple great saves from both keepers, looked like it was going to penalties in the end.

Their fullbacks were mediocre, their midfield couldn't link up with the strikers, their strikers couldn't beat their man, their holding midfielder was consistently charged off the ball, their wingers couldn't hit the target with their crosses. Need I continue?

Spain were a much more potent outfit after the introduction of Fabregas, he gave them a better balance than having Alonso on the park, and offered more in an attacking sense. The Dutch were physical but I don't agree with Iniesta and Xavi calling for a card every single time the Dutch committed a foul.
