Schweinsteiger's first name is Bastian, not Sebastian.

And yes, they were immense.

What do you think about the FourFourTwo article Germany Were WC Revelations?
GERMANY have proved themselves to be the revelations of the tournament in this World Cup - young, fast, enterprising and vibrant. Everything in fact that England were not.

Have your say.

England was at the World Cup? I can't remember anything about their WAGs so I reckon it must have been a figment of people imagination, much like France and Italy being there as well...

Germany by far were the best team to watch, followed closely imo by Chile who were entertaining with there just attack no matter what tactics.

Spain's lack of conviction infront of goal dissapointed me. Brazil were a disappointment especially since they showed when they do play they are brilliant(The games against Ivory Coast and Chile in particular)

The biggest disappointments obviously being Italy and France followed closely by England with Cameroon and Serbia up there.

In terms of players Thomas Muller takes thje cake as revelation of the tournament and was simply brilliant.
