What? David Carney has left Sydney FC? Shit next thing we hear will be Sasho leaves Sydney and joins CCM or something.

It would be sad if H was snapped up by a Championship team. I'm not saying their bad, they are just not at his level.

No way will Houllier let him leave. The midfield of Kewell, Smicer, Hamann and Le Tallec is the way forward.

for him to stay at liverpool he would have to take a massive pay cut. And if any teams do take him, they would not be paying what hes on now. I reckon he needs to find a team that wants him and go for it regardless of what division it is. Playing regularly is better than not at all.
What about sydney throwing the kitchen sink at him to resurect his career, ala dwight yorke. Im fully aware that its not going to happen but its better to regret something you have done ,than not doing anything.

Ouch. If its "so obvious" then why's it rated 70%? Woulda thought it would be more like 80-90%? Which makes me think you think that its not so obvious that he will go...

There is nothing new in that he "could" depart at the end of the season - that is 100%. Everyone knows his contract is up. However it's at best 70 percent likely that he will leave.
