What a win. Rvp and sczezney have my babies. I think that's all there is to say. Diaby was subbed off, but its only tightness so should be ok. Thought he was awesome while he was on. Arteta has severe concussion.

Robin is now just 6 goals away from breaking Ronaldo and Shearer's record of 31 goals in a 38 game season. Could also, with 11 games left have a go at the overall record of 34.

Still got Newcastle next week, and City and Chelsea to come in a tough run in. But with 9 from 9 from these last three matches against the teams we've played is incredible and puts us into a brilliant to chase down Spurs. Newcastle, City and Chelsea are all home matches as well.

Is RVP played differently for Netherlands because he doesn't seem to be nearly as prolific for them

Helps us that we've now got the away games against all our direct rivals/big teams out of the way. It's amazing to think that by next Tuesday we could be just 1 point behind Sp*rs.

Perfect night for Arsenal. Very enjoyable game. And to top it all off Chelsea had a shocker and the club continues to fall apart back to where they belong, out of the top 4 like they were pre-billion dollar spending spree. Junior Hoilett strongly linked to a free transfer to Arsenal at the seasons end. http://www.goal.com/en/news/596/exclusive/2012/03/03/2944613/arsenal-new-favourites-to-sign-hoilett-in-summerBeing followed by alot of top clubs including Spurs, City, Liverpool, Bayern Munich but apparently wants to come to Arsenal most! Would add some excellent quality depth and pressure on Walcott. I remember him being especially excellent against us in that heartbreaking 4-3 loss at the start of the season despite only having one eye available. Meanwhile Suarez called the defeat "unfair". Rich after about 15 semi-dives or ridiculous squirming holding his knee for no reason to win free kicks and a non-penalty. Not surprised though considering it's Suarez. He's the most shameless spineless player in the big leagues at the moment IMO. Disliked him ever since the World Cup against Ghana for that purposeful handball that won them the game which he failed to ever apologize for or admit fault. And he really hasn't helped matters since then... As good as he is I'm very very glad Arsenal didn't make a move for him. I think even alot of Liverpool fans secretly dislike him. Credit to them for showing Arteta alot of respect when he was stretchered off. Anyone have news on Arteta yet?

No need to adapt to the league and adds some great depth. As for Arteta the early news was that he was heavily concussed. Thankfully no broken jaw.

Hoilett? Yes please! Podolski? Yes please! Spending some fucking money? Get the fuck in! For all of Suarez's faults; at least he's passionate and I'd still take him at Arsenal in a heartbeat. Nice to win against the run of play against a big team for a change. Question, was Diaby taken off due to injury? I thought he looked very tidy when he came on. Certainly got some talent there.

Tightness in the hamstring I thing. Such a shame that for such a talented player he just can't seem to stay fit. All thanks to Dan Smith.

I bet you would take Nasri and Cashley back. [-x Tis a shame about Diaby. If he was injury free for a while I really think he could be pushing for a starting 11 spot in the current team. At least putting along of pressure on Ramsey/Rosicky/Arteta/Wilshere. Love it.

They left for moar cash and simply did not love Arsenal. Say what you like about Suarez, you can tell he loves Liverpool and that handball is something any supporter in the world would do in that situation. As horrible as it is, I sympathise with his world cup handball.

As horrible as it is, I sympathise with his world cup handball. Fair enough. But my grudge against Suarez isn't for the handball. I'm sure that was just an instant reaction. It's not like the drew up a list of ethical pros and cons of whether or not to punch it. It's about his shamelessness and unapologetic attitude towards it. He's proud of it and never even admitted Ghana deserved to win. Also I forgot to throw in the raising his middle finger at millions of fans in the Fulham stadium. Fucks sake I would not want an Arsenal player going around and doing that shit to respectable clubs like Fulham. I don't see him as being this loyal passionate club man like your saying. I bet if Man City offered him a huge wage, he would go, and then he would stick his finger up at the Liverpool fans on his return to Anfield when they boo him.

Mikel Arteta: Quote:I just want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their help and friendship towards me on Saturday.
After my accident on the pitch, the Arsenal medical staff did a great job, together with everyone at Liverpool Football Club.
From Anfield, I was taken straight to the Aintree University Hospital, where they checked me, just as precaution.
Everything was fine and I was able to travel from the hospital and join up with my teammates for the train journey back to London.
I've since looked back at the TV images of when I was being taken off and just want to show my appreciation to the Liverpool fans at Anfield. It is touching to receive that response from the fans of a great club when I am leaving the pitch injured. Thank-you.
I also want to thank Pepe Reina and the Liverpool players who have sent me messages of support and friendship, this again is really touching and just shows class from a great football club.
And very importantly, a message to all the fantastic Arsenal fans, not only all those at Anfield on Saturday who were brilliant, but also those who have sent me many messages since Saturday. It is hugely appreciated. I cannot tell you how much this means to me.
It must have looked very serious to everyone as I left the pitch on a stretcher, but I'm pleased to say that I'm fine now and hope to be back on the pitch very soon.
Thank you everyone.
Mikel Arteta All class, Mikel. =d> =d> I know he used to be a bitter, but that's very nice to hear, and I was also very proud of the LFC players/fans for how they acted. Glad to hear he is ok.

Yeah credit to the Liverpool fans for how they acted. Unlike the Sp*rs fans who booed and abused Sagna as he was stretchered off with a broken leg.

Let's face it Bale would've gotten the same treatment at the Grove if he was stretchered off hahaha! Also, very close to Tottenham in the league now. St Totteringham's day, anyone?

That is good from Liverpool. Glad it was nothing like when Alan Smith broke his ankle a few years back, I thought being a former Everton player he would have copped the same treatment. Good sign from Liverpool.

I was refering more to the behaviour of some out side the ground. But there were only good reports which was good to hear.
For some reason, I am really looking forward to the match tomorrow, something tells me Milan have the ability to fuck things up.
