Far as I can tell there have been 3 bright spots all season, home to United, home to Bayern and Welbeck's goal against Leicester. Apart from that it's all been pretty much complete shit.

Yeah been following Iwobi for a while, mainly because of FM :lol: so not really surprised with what he's doing. If there was going to be a young player who had a real breakout this year it was always going to be him and not Jeff like a lot of people thought or hoped it would be.

He's played a lot upfront in the reserves, and that might be where he ends up eventually, either that or as a #10. One thing's for sure, England will be kicking themselves in 5 years for missing out on him.

They need to be starting together unlike in the past where it would be Gab and Per and then Gab and Koc. I'm saying from the away game to Everton and home to Watford it's been the line up I've been hoping to see ( as I said the only difference was I had Campbell instead of Iwobi ) and the difference is obvious.
Wenger's biggest problem since day one has been his patience. He only reacts and chops and changes because of injury and once the chance of being champions has been thrown away.
As for Iwobi did you know much about him and what position he was playing in the reserves before making his debut in the first team?

It's really not that easy. Gabriel and Welbeck were both starting regularly in the middle of our shit run of form a few weeks ago. Welbeck has started 4 of the last 6 games since he came back from injury and Gabriel has started 7 of the last 9 games. Walcott started 1 game during our bad run of form and didn't even come off the bench in the derby so I'd hardly count him as part of the lineup during that run a few weeks ago.

Iwobi and Elneny are the only 2 players you listed who weren't starting regularly during that bad run of form.

Easy, finally Wenger through the force of injury and or tactical change has replaced Mertersacker, Ramsey, Giroud and Walcott for Gabriel, El Neny, Wellbeck, and Iwobi.
That's 4 positive changes from the starting 11 that went through a patch of shit form a few weeks back now. Just wish Wenger was quicker to react and had more faith in the full squad. I must admit Iwobi came as a complete surprise to me as I had no idea about him till the end of this season but as for the others I'd been calling for them for weeks with Walcott off for Campbell instead of Iwobi.
Now that I've seen Iwobi I would have to say Walcott has dropped further down the pecking order for me.
