He is the type of player that increases debate and that is a good thing, so I love having him at Liverpool. The derby will only improve with him in there.

I feel the same way about him as you guys feel about Nani. That is only natural.

EDIT: In total he has 12. Cup and European football included. He will have more chances I guess to get cards because we play European football;)

This above is spot on - and unfortunately not just in football most sports have let the actors in their game/s be part of their way to gain result/s which is so unsporting the powers that be should deal with this to stamp it out especially in our beloved game.
Whereas sydcro mentions the whistle blowing would slow games down even worse so be it till these unsporting players get the message its not on and also get fined by their own club/s.
Sooner or later order would come back into our game for the good but really this probably should be discussed on another thread for I'm really here to post my displeasure having to cop a 4nil loss #-o ! having just got back from an OS business trip so missed watching the game and thankgoodness I won't watch the replays :)

Serbian striker Milan Jovanovic is facing a five-year ban from football for making a gun gesture at the crowd.

Jovanovic aimed an imaginary machine gun at away fans after scoring for Anderlecht at Bruges.

The 30-year-old will now be investigated by Belgian authorities for incitement to hatred and anger.

He is slowly dropping below a top PL quality defender which is what we need to go for top spots and I feel that he should leave at the end of the season and start his manager career (as he seems to love the game) as a player manager (or more likely player-assistant manager) in the Championship or one of the lower PL clubs.

This is why we bought Coates, and why we have youngsters like Coady and Wilson waiting in the wings. Carragher won't be first choice next season, but that's fine - he's given many great years to Liverpool and England, and he'll be remembered as one of the great defenders of all time.

I reckon he'll be moving to defensive coach. He has bucket loads of experience to pass on.

He won't start managing yet. Id like him in the squad next year, but not necessarily as a first XI player
