Yeah. I think replay wont be until 7th April or something? A fair way away.
Gotta keep league form up.
Gotta get Gerrard to Wembley. He deserves to win it as a finale. I just have visions of him smashing one into the top corner in the 90th to win it. Would be fairytale.

I don't won't to think that far ahead for SG as much as I'd love it to happen. Just saw - Replay will be 8th April, 4days after the Emirates game below. Making the 4 again would be a fitting finale regardless for SG : Run home in the League : Swans (A) united (H) Arse (A) Cup replay Toons (H) Hull (A) Brom (A) QPR (H) chelski (A)

Decent run home, Arsenal and Utd games will be huge. Glad the FA Cup replay won't crowd the fixtures too much either, 3 days after the Arsenal game and 6 days before Toon.

FA Cup and top 4 would be an absolutely incredible season considering the start we had. Even getting one of those would be great.

Watched most of the 1st half - under the pump we were but expected so at swans home. Don't think our starting line up suited having Sterling RH Lallana out wide front but I digress. I'm sure BR and the squad is happy getting out of there with the 3points :) Back at Anfield next Monday :) Edited by M.L.: 17/3/2015 09:58:35 AM

So excited for Sunday night.
If we won I think it'd be the first time we'd been in the top 4 all season? Or at least since maybe the first week or two.
Would be a great mental encouragement going into the last 8 or so games.
Would mean that we really could afford to lose against Arsenal, as long as we win the 4 games after that (hull, newcastle, etc) we should still be ok.
Need to hope Chelsea and probably City can take points off Utd as well in that run and then (hopefully) we can have a lead of 4-5 points going into the final few games.
Still a lot of football left to be played but we've put ourselves in an excellent position. Good to have Lucas and Gerrard coming back, they'll have parts to play but at the moment Allen and Hendo are undroppable.
Ibe to return is great too he was in top form .

Just dropping in to show my appreciation for captain fantastic, the one club man (LA Galaxy aside), he really is the gift that keeps giving.

We will be forever grateful for his gifting us with that Champions League trophy Man United won in '99...

Yeah, fucking loved that
Oh well. We were shite. Just like v Swansea, shite in first half, I really think we would have stamped our authority on the second half (no pun intended) and gotten back into it but we'll never know.
For our how shit we were though Utd only had the 1 chance in the first half (which they took) and we had one (which we didn't)
They're not great, they'll drop more points yet. If we can keep getting results and go unbeaten until end of season we'll catch them I reckon.
Wonder if Skrtel will get banned. Don't think so.

Shyte - go out and be our worst since Dec through that 1st half, your right imno 1st half vs the swans was similar but worse this being at home. Moreno my god #-o SG absolutely bloody mindless act #-o Well done to Mignolet's pen save - Sakho stepped up for this kudos to he. Edited by M.L.: 24/3/2015 02:32:26 PM

A players' greatest strength can also (often) be their greatest weakness. For Captain Fantastic, his greatest strength (and weakness) is his passion for the club. His emotive post-match speech in the huddle after the City game last year, for instance, could have waited for the dressing room and away from the prying cameras looking for more soundbites to increase the pressure on a team looking to win the title. His passion again let him down on Sunday- Jordan Henderson is a player who impresses me more as the season goes on and I'll be pleased to see him take over the captaincy. For one thing, he doesn't strike me as the kind of guy who wears his heart on his sleeve like Stevie does, and in pressure situations, that's the kind of leadership a younger squad is going to need the most. With Jamie Carragher gone and Stevie departing soon, it signals the end of an era at the club. At least this younger squad don't have more than a decade of coming up short in the League weighing them down. A young, promising team and a younger manager who is beginning to show his worth, augur well for Liverpool's mid-term future. Also loved Mignolet's save. I can't stand Mr Potato Head and love seeing him thwarted. Not so much for the man himself (even if he is a blockhead and a granny-shagger) but more because he represents the sort of clueless bandwagoner idiot who gets his name and number on their United top- then sings YSB and songs about eating rats in council houses. That aside, it amuses me that their golden boy is a Scouser... Edited by Captain Haddock: 24/3/2015 05:56:59 PMEdited by Captain Haddock: 24/3/2015 10:43:11 PM
