Time changes and Clubs need to keep evolving......
The Klopp years have been epic as a LFC supporter, have to have the lows but so so many highs.
2 bastions of our squad departs as others reported above but first one is our Cap Hendo.
No matter the negatives others have said about him the most important attribute I see in a player is playing for your shirt and work hard, thats Hendo.
What he lacked in skill that wasn't alot made up for by his leadership - he has been a leader and a half and his service to LFC has been 2nd to none.
Thanks Hendo we will miss you.....YNWA.

Fabs, another unassuming player but what a DM to have.
Leathal, a panther that every winning team needs, talk about putting in covering in defense, the controlled aggression and then going forward.
We will miss you Fabs, I admired your play YNWA.

Well 24 season koff'd over the weekend.
I was itching for our first game but concerns at the capital for they always give us a run and now with Poch I wasn't surprised by the improved form compared to last season.
We started very well, I was impressed, our newbies Macca and Szobozlai were doing the job, Maccas through ball to Salah was gem but Salahs ball through the needle to Diaz was even better ! what beautiful play.
Szobozlai on the ball and run into the box was brilliant to see, he keeps that kind of attitude up he is going to cause heaps of probs.
Alas we went off the rails, really a Fabs DM buy so much, it was evident just this 1st game.
Kudos to Konate/VVD very sound games at the back and Ali as usual pulls off some rippa saves.
Alot of positives and negatives, I'll take a point at the capital any day for this season, alot are not going to.
Window still open wonder what they gonna do.
Seems Chelsea upped the offer to Brighton for Caicedo and hope that settles it, he wants to go there so no good to us.
We've made a right royal mess of Lavia, Thuram could be a smarter option.
In FSG's hands lord help us.

Worldy save reaction from Almoron volley omg.
Our coutners of old and Nunez hitting the spot twice of all times haha

2nd midfield signing done !
Welcome Dom @ 22yrs can see a good career coming up in RED, and he's got No8 !!!!!!

This guy is an absolute BUY already watching his play and commitment.
Work rate is sensational and his skill and attack towards goal is wonderful to see.
One of the buys of season imo.

What a Toonside win for the ages !
Nothing like having your backs to the wall against the cocky now rich toonsiders and seeing Howe's expressions the last 10mins.
KUDOS Nunez you delivered big time putting in a beautiful double never to be forgotten.
Hope this instills the confidence you and we need from you this season.
10 fuckin men from 28min mark what a script.
Kloppy you have proved once again your one of the best gaffas in todays game and for us LFC.
Well done fellas that was pure football comaraderie.

One thing is for sure, LFC always has you wondering each game to date.
VVD still out suspended, TAA out, Konate coming back from injury on the bench.
Therefore we paired 20yrs young Jarell Quansah with Matip.
Poor bloke played in front of a absolutely disfunctioning midfield and a hot to trot Wolves smashing us the whole 1st half.
I thought he actually did well considering our woeful form, I expect he'll be given more chances to settle in and improve.
We should have been down 3 at least just thankful we survived just 1 at HT.
Kloppy was always gonna change our formation and fire us up.
Thankfully it worked and what smart subs he made through the 2nd turned it all around for us couldn't be happier but for our lost defense.
Gomez at RB, I always want to like the guy bt man some of his brain fades just shakes your head.
Matip also, you think he's smart enough by now then he also just fucks up.
Thankgoodness for consistant Robbo !
Buy of the season ! Dom Szoboszlai, for just 22 this guy has the game at his feet and head - once he gets more accustomed to EPL this guy gonna be a star.
His footwork and workrate being talked about now like SG, I dont wish to compare but I'm so rapt this guy is with us.
Our attack synced finally and beautiful 3 goals.
Game of 2 halves as they say.

EPL, every single game is huge, Hammers always give us a worry @ Home yet our record is brilliant and I always feel their win is coming.
Moyes hasn't won @ Anfield for 20 games to date might I add.
Hammers are a damn good side - if they could upgrade on Antonio they would be a ongoing Top4 and europe regulars imo.

Rotation is working well to date, 8 changes starting line up post Europa win.
VVD back and played very well but for allowing Bowen who deserved that glancing effort.
Ali what saves early period, he's a dynamo.
Gomez in for TAA.
Our rotating front 5 is just to die for this season and proved its worth.
Nunez creating havoc and coming along much better so far, if/and when he improves his touch and composure he'll be even more lethal and what a game.
We got under the pump early in the game but our composure is ringing true, we are looking stronger each game.

Bring on Ange's fellas next game away, this will be epic.

Liverpool need to take a good hard look at how they are playing right now because this is 4 reds in 6 games and if they continue to play how they've played the last few years it will be more.

In fairness, both where a little unlucky...... Curti's did go studs up so dangerous play yeah but not normally known as petulant player and it did look like an attempt on the ball... Diogos on the other hand was a clear yellow card... just that the first yellow was imaginary.. still stupid to lunge in like that so cant argue the intent when you are already cautioned... Its a worry the amount of reds so far this season... wtf Liverpool?  Having a strong bench certainly helps....

welcome Enzo nice to see you come in for mo.
Yer look I don't know, as MSC says pretty fine lines here imo as well.
Jonesy's looked bad but no intent and foot/boot rolled over the ball, ref had no choice but there you go.
Jotas was just sheer stupid 1st one but the 2nd deserved the yellow/red no doubt.
I don't think we are that OTT with tackles, no more than most other players.

What a 2nd string Europa performance, our depth is really telling - the 1sts midfield rebuild has worked great and knock off for the 2nds.
Endo coming on now played really well, Grav, Gravenberch, wtf was Bayern doing with this 21yr old ! bench him mostly.
6'3" and a mobile beast in the midfield.
19yrs Chambers gets a debut, young Calum 18yrs gets a gallop, McConnell 19yrs.
The good Nunez appeared lol

Bring on Forest @ home next.

What a sound game at Anfield against Brentford.
All played their roles so well imo, christ the good Nunez was strong as.
Our goals very special so well played.
Jota drive was epic.
MO, what a player.
To our many NT players, please no injuries guys, hoping we all will be full on dynamite heading down to manchester, this game is gonna be epic and I can't wait for the contest.
So so many battles in every position.

by thw way, hate to think how young Diaz felt those last couple of weeks going through that......

When he scored that late winner the other week imagine the emotion that would have come out of him at that moment the poor fella.
Kudos to him/family and Gov finally breaking through couple of days ago.

what a Anfield game against Fulham.
Impressed how our attack runs even with MO having a off game.
Fell asleep on a couple of their goals that is concerning.

so were kicking along despite not playing great at times.
Surprised we are top tbh though other results come to party.
Actually not fussed as long as we were in the top 4 - 2 huge games coming up.
United @ Anfield this weekend - despite Uniteds up and downs they will always lift against us and I expect a game and a half.
Surely we will prevail.
This then will set up a bigger one hosting the Gooners after the above.
Exciting.

HNY start for us @ home.......thankyou LFC, you made us squirm through the 1st half but damn what a 2nd.
Klopp and subs have been genius this season, kudos to the Toons knwoing they would sit back and hit on counters but damn what a game by our fellas.
Obvious stand out is MO, best player in the league by far - 2 goals 2 assists and shopuld have had his hat trick.
Backline really holding well overall.
TAA another what a player, that attempt wide on the goal line was utter piss, shaved the bar seriously if thet went in omg.
Nunez tried his butt off as always as did Diaz, players that just keep giving.
Playing against low blocks/park the bus has challenged us alot over times but today we finally looked far more comfortable and opened up the space and finished.
Oh Endo, seriously what a great cheap DM buy he has been the last weeks whilst Macca has been injured, so sound, work rate really happy he's standing up and delivering he must be very happy.
By the way young Jonesy, he is really starting to show his wares/confidence he was abeast in the middle.

Klopp just keeps giving what a brilliant reader of the game and his players.
Gooners were on us all that FACup 1st half @ the Emirates and rightfully so.
Full 1st string squad to me whereas we were missing, MO, VVD, Zobo for eg.
Our rortation has been brilliant and our young fellas are stepping up.
Konate is playing the best I'e seen of late and young Quansah, this big kid is learning heaps from our Snr guys.
Both CB's were immense.
TAA is in a purple patch more than ever.
Glad Gomez he also is showing what we expect from him just great.
Macca first game back from injury bit slow but will come good.
Jones and Elliot deliver more and more.
Klopp made structure changes at HT and then the subs once again change the game more, winning at Emirates against this good gooner team is really showing we are on the right track !

WTF - thats 15 games we've been 1 down this season - only lost 3 of them, 2 meaningless europa games and the VAR farce at spurs.
What fight there is in the club, Klopp changes again proved the right choices turning it around and the 1-2 win 1st leg in the Caraboa Semi.
Young Bradley MOTM in TAA's RB, what a game.
The young ones again keep doing it ! Jones just keeps getting better.
Need to back it up at the cottage then its Wembly fingers crossed.

As all have seen its been the biggest news since our signing of Kloppy.
Fridays news was a bombshell as big as it was when KK Shanks annouced leaving Anfield under emotional strain and circumastances.
Its always heartbreaking losing any major piece that makes the Club, player and gaffa and my its friggin so so sad.
Have to say well played by Klopp, his devotion and passion says it all how he invests so much into his work he could have finished end of last dismal's season but no, he wanted to re build and make sure a new platform was set knowing he had made his mind up end of last season.
Can only imagine what our players are feeling amongst all this - I'm sure it will give them another injection of adrenaline but wow emotions have to be high.
End of a massive enjoyable era coming supporter wise lets enjoy the road to the finish for emotions are going to huge as each game ticks off.

Even todays FACup tie against Norwich had that feeling whilst watching the win.

Onwards and forwards just hope it goes in slow motion.

Sad day indeed mate. Jurgen has been a breath of fresh air and will go down as one of the great managers at Anfield.....

Who is next do you reckon? Xabi would be a feel good story but wouldn't mind Emery or even De Zerbi ......   I will absolutely piss my pants if it is Angie..... I know I know it wont happen but eh, this is football, you never ever know......

yes mate never know what does occur be it from left field or the moon !

I've just had to stomach that woke hamilton to drive for my Red team in F1 out of the blue even though its been dropped in the press over some years and you think no way now its actually confirmed ffs and I really don't know how I'll take this in the future.

De Zerbi isn't a bad one that has been doing the rounds, I like what he's done with a small club but ours ? don't know whole different ball game.
Our history shows we really get behind the leader type - Xabi we all have emotions towards but is he the right fit ?
Ex Players like KK's tenure work and not.
One thing is for sure who steps in has a fanatastic foundation to steer (as long as we don't lose a couple of key players in between)......
So its a huge "question" whoever comes in and you won't tell till a few games have been played by the new gaffas manner and results.

Anxious to say the least but first and foremost we can focus on the now and man, what a shredding we gave Chelsea at home.
I think I just watched the LFC of 2/3 seasons back it was that dominate.
They didn't have a corner till ET - amazing it was that dominate.
Roll on gooners at emirates, we are firing on all cyclinders will be interesting if they can take the wind out of our sails, sure some but 90mins will interesting and possibly this is a season game breaker, beat them and we must beat city at Anfield we are on the path if it falls in place, IF.

update - we lost ourselves vs the gooners, already in the past and we bounced back huge against Luton after being 1 down.
It was a epic 2nd half to win 1-4.

NOW we are the Carabao/League Cup 24 WINNERS !
What a friggin game in the end.
We've used so many players through this cup its not funny But its showing how damn good our academy is developing future players as we've seen for sometime.
Klopp has built a dynasty by the look of it for this Cup Final was for all to see and rejoice.
So proud of the Club.
8 regulars out, 8 academy players in the team to play, 6 21yrs and younger.
Every single player stood up todays game, sorry for Gravenberch, another injury for us.
Kelleher, wow what a game !
The backline wow and VVD MOTM what a friggin leader and game, deserved the first disallowed goal but so so glad he got the winning goal.
Now oldest LFC to score in a final might I add, by the way thats the 10th CCup for LFC.
Macca wow, Endo, for a reasonably cheap buy people would think WTF, he's a rock.
Diaz the whizz deserved a goal.
YNWA LFC and all proud as punch.

Kelleher was immense, as was Virgil, Macca, Diaz, Endo and Robbo but more than anything very pleased with the youngsters... Bradley is gonna make things tough for Trent when he comes back but what about young Danns? holy shit the kid is hungry..... looks like he has played EPL for 2-3 seasosn already.... very pleased...   My little Greekie pooh Tsimi put in a peach of a cross to get the winner eh?

yer mate our Greek Scouse has been delivering very well the last few games.
He does have a peach left boot cross and workrate.
Cheeky bugga as well.

What a 90+9 minute win away at Forest, damn Thanks to Nunez, he's really coming on now.
Kids done good again, I'm amazed whats going on at LFC but hey not complaining.

Yer Kloppy gonna go out with a bang but I'm staying on the ground, can't afford more than 1 mistake I reckon, meaning a loss its so damn close.
City toyed with united watchign this morn, not that they are that much of a threat but the way city dominated is typical how they play, so so many guns that when x couple arn't on song another few are.

Away Europa game coming up next and within 3 days I think the biggest main game of the season, city @ Anfield re the title.
I'm not fussed of the FACup (don't get me wrong nothing like winning whatever) - for Kloppy to go out in THE bang its the title more than anything else for me.

Its gonna be stressy right down to the finish line thats for sure but damn what a ride.

Expected 1st leg away win against Sparta P.
5-1 healthy looking score.
Boys ticking along, MO 1st game back off the bench, big Dom got some runs on his legs.
Some subs made to keep fresh legs looking ahead.

BIG one coming up in the league @ Anfield.
Pep/City visit us - imo the 2 best Clubs in the league for years now, can we sustain their brilliant ball possession, one thing is for sure they will be damn worried us breaking out on the counters, won't be season defining but huge plus if we get the 3points !
GO the REDS !

What a Game !
Unfortunate soft goal of theirs though well played to them.
Unreal how our boys keep stepping up especially the young and newbies.
Macca, what a friggin BUY of the season as is Endo !
Dom another.
Kelleher, just WOW this kid deserves 1st duties start up roles, must be really putting pressure on Alli now great position we are in GK wise.

That 2nd half was immense, we should have taken the points, many chances even though they got a couple we had way more.
Diaz was a beast and deserved one of his chances.
Nice to see MO get back on the pitch.
By the way, that was a pen high kick of Duko on Macca.
10 to go, we are in it all the way.

I think every game now is oin the edge viewing from here on.
I was stressing through the Seagulls game and @ home.
As much as we dominated they looked so good hitting us on a counter.
HTF we allowed of all players Welbeck score thaat early piss's me off and we have to chase the game once again.
Kudos to our Redman we know they gonna fight back but wow how many chances gone begging I was thinking the worst sometimes.
MO had a record 11 attempts, ok one counts but ffs no more MO, put a couple more away next times please.
What a superb goal he finished, the build up play was perfecto viewing.
Macca, what a game and a buy.
Diaz, the energiser slim beast, superb aticipation for the equaliser and robust game.
Young Bradley, seriously what a player for his age, so impressive.
Endo/Dom partnering Macca, luv this midfield.
Kudos to Seagulls, and more so DeZerbi, they play really nice one touch football and keep shape very well.
We had 30shots ffs.
Anyway points in the bag and the 2 foes drew.

Huge April coming up ! need players back, TAA,Jota,Jones,Alli - just so all can be ready top play and the rotation needed not that we are doing anything wrong with current players.
Great effort LFC keep this work up.

FFS - haven't the wheels fallen off the last few games.
I expected us having troubles or humps but damn, feel the 2 united stuff ups have contributed mentally And the lack of finishing so so so many chances.
MO is not himself since afcon and injury.
So many holes through the middle to backs the last weeks but that pattern was evident for sometime, early goal/s against us thankfully recovering late in games but me think our lday luck has been used up.
Can only feel slightly better that Arse lost this weekend as well but its Citys to lose now.
Just hope we can regroup and finish well.
