No EU passport and hasn't played 75% of internationals in last 2 years = no chnace.
However, Blades have just bought out Hungarian team Ferencvaros o maybe they would park him there until he gets the 75 % qualification. If Pim is to be believed, playing regularly for Ferencvaros woud be better for his international aspirations that staying at Sydney

Its not about best on the world (which in my opinion it is equal best) its about the style of play and how it will effect Milligan. See its fine to suit a player like Carney or even Leijer, though Milligan has a very different game. At least i think this was his point.

To many players going to The championship I think. Try one of the other European leagues.

chelsearbettathanceltic wrote:i think if he goes to the greek league or dutch league he could go well I agree with the Dutch club thing. He could learn the "Dutch way" for Pim and will get vast amounts of experience. He might even scrape in with European football. Although I advise him, and a sure so will Archie, don't go to PSV. They are too big of a fish.

Milligan has been one of my favourite players at SFC, but I have to say he had a lousy season. There was no worse moments than his 2 gaffs vs Perth Glory. On current form, I'd say not much of a loss if he goes, but we know what he's capable of and hope that if he stays he'll return to that level.

then he could learn some real tactics. Lol, im sure he'd fit right in alongside Neill, smashing those longballs upfield -Milligan may even improve his accuracy
