Does anyone know much about Viking futsal?

I have a relative who plays for a Tasmanian underage team. They've just beaten the metropolitan NSW team and they drew with Victoria metro yesterday in the Australian championships in Brisbane.

When the relative played for state association football team, these results would have been considered to be unachievable.

In this state the Football Federation run their own futsal roster. Viking runs their own futsal roster too.

As far as I know they are an organisation that is HQ in Qld and spread out through Australia. They run as an incorporated body with service agreements with private operators. They are a competitor with the FFA & its State federations.

viking futsal is rubbish, it is not legal to play under the australian futsal logo,

FNSW run the futsal in NSW and the other state football bodies run theres, nationals that are run in canberra every januarys are the proper teams that go on to represent australia

Viking in NZ is a bit of a joke too. I remember when I was at school, they picked the NZ Vikings based on a quota system where a certain amount of players from each region got in. One person from my school got in, and he was useless (I was better than him, but in the rugby team) and another couple of guys turned it down because it was too much to play for a tour with a meaningless team unaffiliated with NZF.
