Word on the street:

Arnie is using the same contacts and agent as Perez to sign a pacey striker from Brazil. Similar to Alex Terra.

Good move if it happens

Would be the missing ingredient for the Mariners. Currently have a very 1 dimensional set of strikers. Adding a bit of pace up forward would also help play to Perez's strenghts.

Hopefully for the Mariners sake this season will be the last we see of Mrdja and Kwasnik in the A-League.

I would feel more at ease having Lawrie McKinna up front for us than having Kwasnik and Mrdja
