So I just received a major shock about one of my best mates the other day, admitted to having a gambling problem and had lost up to $40,000 in the last 6 months, everyone knew he liked a bet but nobody knew it was this extreme.

He has taken steps including calling gamblers anonymous, changing bank accounts so he needs a parent with him to draw money out, etc etc
