That and bad decisions. The slightest high-tackle from a Bulldog is a penalty. A deliberate swinging elbow to the head from a Knight is nothing. That would be right.

Dave Simmons announced his retirement today :cry:

I've known Dave since he first started playing rugby league at 16, sad to see his career come to and end. Absolute gem of a man and a very underrated footballer. Over 100 tries in 200 matches is nothing to sneeze at.

Every team needs a Dave Simmons. A nothing flash, honest looking bloke that is a what you see if what you get kinda guy.

So it looks like Tigers are resigning themselves to mediocrity for a few more seasons.
