Really enjoying this match, do not watch much Rugby at all but the Lions fans making a great atmosphere. From a non Rugby fan I find Union (having watched some of the last World Cup) so much more entertaining than RL. I tried watching some RL previously but it would have to be one of the most boring games ever invented.

Beale looking his brilliant best! He has had massive potential since the Australian Schoolboys days.

RL has usually always been more exciting, at least the last 10 years. Though RU has been going more attacking these days, while RL is too focused on the athlete now.

Not sure why Australia didn't go for the TD instead of the field goal earlier.

Australia could and should have won by a real margin. The Lions could have had a couple of tries there, but those kicks killed Australia.

That kick was shattering, but if they'd played for the TD in the previous possession then it wouldn't have been an issue.

With that performance after those injuries, you would have to back the Wallsbies to take the series from here

Was a very good game, both tactically and to watch. A breath of fresh air after the NZ/France game where I don't think I saw the ball go past the French 10 all night.

O'Connor simply didn't do the job at 10, tbh I haven't been a fan of him since he left the Force - spends all of his time looking like a cocky little twat. His performances have been completely uninspiring this year.

Beale was much better once he came on, pity about wearing the wrong kind of boots onto the boggy Suncorp pitch. Folau was amazing, nearly every touch was creative and/or threatening.

Surely Quade will be called up for the 10 - Tamoua probably in better form at the moment but he's an unknown at this level. O'connor into the centres and Beale back to 15. Faingaa and Tapuai to cover as utlities.

Standard has been set, hopefully it remains as intense as last night!
