Scottish , irish, English and Welsh can get together to support a team but we can't even get A-league active supporters to support our national football team, just saying.

North scores in the corner to most likely wrap it up.
Disappointing Wallabies tonight, poor scrum set the tone for the evening.
Once again O'Connor needs to give himself an upper cut, terrible again tonight at 10.

Roberts strolls through for another try.
Deans should go. A shame he couldn't recreate his Crusaders success with us, but results have not been good enough for a long time now.

Grew up in a private school that was heavily Union based and I must admit I didn't know the rule about the rolling ball. -PB

-PB Those sort of rules have changed a lot in the last decade or so, I can't ever remember it being a rule when I was in school. Same with putting a foot in touch and catching an opposition kick. I seem to recall that now all a ball has to do is cross the imaginary wall of touch and it's out. I remember kicking for touch several times where the ball went well beyond that wall but the wind blew it back and it was play on. Should be the rule imo.

National team Rugby Union has 95 percent more bandwagoners than football.
No surprise that this "elite" sport resisted paying the players for so long, rich slime scum sucking fuckhead moron karnts don't believe in paying for a hard days work either. Therefore if you see a member of the elbow patch brigade parked outside a rugby union venue, I suggest vandalising or torching his vehicle.

It was because those that used to play the game didn't need the money - they were all lawyers, stockbrokers, doctors etc. Until rugby went all professional and started poaching deadshit labourers from league.

Edited by iridium1010: 6/7/2013 09:38:17 PM Its a truly bizarre phenomenon isn't it? I'm guessing that most supporters of the lions are from the wealthier 'old-money' class in their respective parts of Britain/Ireland, and therefore identify as such. Just a hunch. Still surprising to see 50/50 crowds in all 3 games though.

Deans has been removed. Ewan Mckenzie is coming in.
Farewell Robbie. Left us with some good memories, just a shame you didn't live up to expectations.
