Deadset fucked up. Foley blocked the run of the English player. Does that negate what Farrell did though? The (Australian) commentary team thought it was rough as fuck to make that call. Farrell wouldn't have run into him if Foley didn't illegally get in his way. Should've just been play on but once the TMO got involved he had to give the penalty to England Fair enough. Urghhh. Horrible game Yep. The Wallabies attack is way too predictable and doesn't have enough creativity. Some major issues that need to be fixed before the four nations.

Can somebody explain to me how it is England got the the decision from that scuffle (from a ruck?) early in the first half when two penalties were awarded against them and one against Australia?
Also thought they were lucky not to have players yellow-carded for tackling around the neck.

Considering there is around a sell out crowd and it's Southern Hemisphere vs northern hemisphere champions this is an appalling atmosphere at the ground

Edited by 11.mvfc.11: 16/4/2016 09:34:11 PM Not so much the sydney uni turf though They were overbudget for the construction of their new grandstand that they couldnt afford good drainage for their new patch of turf This has happened before to the sydney university turf

Im a regular punter at the shute shield for sydney university's games The shute shield is played in some stunning scenery This is Randwick's home ground at Coogee Sydney University changing football fields now has the Old Teachers College in the background. With the autumnal setting, it is "the game they play in heaven" :-k

I see the crowd is dropping off already which is bad news. Not sure what you mean by already they've been a joke under Graham's whole tenure as head coach of the club. He inherited a championship winning team filled with Wallabies and up and coming players in which he turned them into a bottom 3 team for successive seasons. He should've been sacked after his first season in charge (given his woeful record at the Force). He should've been sacked midway through last season. He should've been sacked when Knuckles came to the club at the back-end of last season. He should've been sacked after they conducted an off-season review in his performance/worldwide search for a new coach. But instead they wasted another pre-season with this clown and sacked him after two games into the season. We went from playing some of the best rugby in the world to the worst under Graham. Fans aren't fools and we're sick of being treated like shit so it's not surprising crowds have halved since 2012.

Trying to sell the game to Americans and they seem bemused 'why they dont play with pads?'
Americans need to see footballers playing with pads
