It'll be a bog though. APIAs ground wasn't in the best of condition at the begining of the season, and the monsoonal-esque downpours will be making the field resemble more a muddy swimming pool then a football field. So long as it doesn't piss down for the rest of today, I might go along to the game, have a few beers afterwards at the Gladstone Hotel.

Let's hope that the Liberals carry through with their promise to put in a new synthetic pitch.

Me and the Doc went along to it, awesome game, real entertaining stuff. Macarthur came out all guns blazing for the first half, and thoughrly deserved their 2-1 lead at half time. Apia Looked tired, and disinterested for most of the first half. They were better in the second half, 3 goals in 15 minutes.

The Board of Sydney Olympic FC would like to show its appreciation to the hundreds of fans that have already come to our home games this season and decided not to charge an entry fee for the Quarter Final game against Mounties Wanderers, scheduled for tomorrow Wednesday 22 June 2011 at Belmore Sports Ground.
