When state league two players earn over that amount it is a consummate waste of money I would make all leagues below Premier League amateur with no more than 5 grand a season!!

Its interesting how you guys keep refering to the journeyman Trent Rixon. Let's get this into perspective here is a guy that to my knowledge has not even put a ball into the back of the net against A-League opposition (correct me if I am wrong) yet he is demanding not asking for more than a low wage unproven! Good on ya Trent ya arrogant henry the third enjoy the rest of your career in the nowhere land of the VPL playing in front of three men and a dog and forever wondering what might have been!!

He's already signed for Heart, idiot. thats good news, and even if he hadnt he was making enough money from his own business to see him sleep easy at nights (skinet seems to think that vpl players are all bums that dont work), my understanding is that he isnt willing to play interstate so its a no brainer that Heart have finally snap him up.

I'm considering blogging about it, but he's not really relevant to the A-League anymore so I probably shouldn't.
Above all else, he's actually not all that intelligent so it doesn't make for very entertaining reading.

As stated the other day, the Vic Govt has paid for two major renovations for South's stadium (1993 to build it and 2011 for the athletics). In addition, the club and its supporters also put up several million into the construction of Lakeside, which was part of a deal with the government that they would match dollar for dollar what we put in. It wasn't all just handed out on a platter.

You should go to the St Albans game, at least then you'll be able to see a team play decent football instead of the tripe Richmond have been throwing up. Afterall its against Bentliegh as well who are also pretty average. By the way, has your club fixed the lights on your ground yet, or are we going to be playing against you guys by candle light when we play you in july on firday the 8th. Or would you guys like us to bring our cars so that we can use our headlight to light up the ground.
