Do Melbourne Victory and Melbourne Heart come in at round 5 of the comp?
Because AAMI Park would be used for Rugby etc would both the A-League teams always be playing away in the cup?

Looking at that draw i couldn't believe how far Kingston City have dropped, from VPL to State League 3. That Melissa Fisher who wanted to own "Northern Thunder" North Qld team after the Knights failed at the end of season 2 and in season 3 owned Kingston City and had them get into the VPL where she paid for good players like Crucija (in more ways than one  ) and then she went bankrupt and they must've have been stable since.

This week’s Mirabella Cup Round 3 Results:
Yarraville Glory (S3) 2-0 Old Melburnians (P1) Corio (P1) 1-2 Ballarat Red Devils (S2) South Yarra (P1) 1-0 Middle Park FC (P3) Keilor Park (S3) v Westgate (S2) – Ardeer Reserve (Postponed due to weather conditions)
Mirabella Cup Round 4 Results:
Pascoe Vale (S1) 3-0 Mooroolbark (P1) Geelong (S2) 0-1 St Albans Saints (VPL)
Sad to see Middle Park and Old Melburnians out, we played them in pre-season and both clubs were excellent to deal with.

So much ignorance. Fisher-Massa has funded several teams in the past, but for most of the recent past she was at Altona Magic. Her departure from there coincided with their demotion to state league 1. Kingston were a smalltime club for many years until some local Greek businessmen decided to throw some cash around. That money lasted until about halfway through their first season in the VPL. They scraped into the finals in 2006, and got relegated the year after. Also, clubs in the state leagues can't be owned by individuals.

South Melbourne FC 14-0 (90') - De Moraes scores his 5th to wrap up the scoring. Full time South Melbourne FC wins 14-0
Infront of a crowd over the 2,000 mark!

Two huge wins for Gully and Hellas.
I hope Westgate beat Keilor tomorrow (?)... Knights V Westgate would be brilliant to go watch.

think you added an extra 0 to the attendance of the south game  bit of a training game could have had 20 goals easily with some of those misses, yarraville didnt even have a shot on target, clearly the zonal system needs to be re jigged

Draw just made for round five 6pm tonight.
Thrown up some intersting clashes;
Match 1: South Melbourne v Port Melbourne Clubs that have had a long association, Port Melbourne top of State 1 not to be underestimated.
Match 2: Springvale White Eagles v Malvern City or Fortuna 60 With Springvale performing poorly in the VPL every chance of another Cup Shock.
Match 3: FC Clifton Hill v Cobram Victory Again a chance for the minnows from Cobram to move to the next round.
Match 4: Ballarat Red Devils v St Albans Saints Interesting clash one for Joffa to report on.
Match 5: FC Bulleen Lions v Northcote City Intersting clash this one but Nortcote to move on from here.
Match 6: Melbourne Knights v North Sunshine Eagles Knights should be too good.
Match 7: Dandenong City v Dandenong Thunder Dandenong Thunder to be top dog in Dandenong but City not to be underestimated.
Match 8: Preston Lions v Heidelberg United Call out the police horses for this one. Heidelberg to score a bagfull.
Match 9: Southern Stars v Bentleigh Greens Danger match for Bentliegh, Southern Starts not to be underestimated.
Match 10: Hume City v Moreland City Moreland has been averaging 4 goals a game in State 2 a game Hume must show respect to their opponent.
Match 11: Oakleigh Cannons v Pascoe Vale Cannons to be too strong
Match 12: Green Gully Cavaliers v Sunshine George Cross The Maltese derby, Green Gully to tough to beat at home.
After this round Victory and Heart join in.
