i thought he looked quite dangersous at times, certainly no worse than a lot of 'attackers' in this league.

What about the personal issues that forced him to quit in the first place though?

He was a stsndout for the Knights in Season 1 but when he got to Sydney the wheels fell off, I hope he hits form again.

That's because for the Knights he was an attacking midfielder, but Sydney decided he was a striker. I read on the Phoenix forums that he has moved back to being a midfielder. Still all these NZ rumours make me think someone in NZ is bored today.

Maybe we are a bit hard on Brett, unless of course he is older than 13?

That would be a scary thought (him being under 13)... makes you wonder how many rumours make their way from the playground to the rumour mill.

Zdrilic would have stood out for the Knights. And he's the shittest player to ever grace the SFS. His wheels didn't fall off when he got to Sydney, there was just decent players to add contrast.
