Rooney's only failed to score in one of the games he's started. That was against Norwich, only other game he's failed to score in was on the weekend when he came off the bench against Liverpool. It's not like it's some dip in form.

When Rooney was scoring Braces and hattricks, busby was winning. One goal from Rooney hasn't been enough to get him over the line in recent games, but 2 or 3 have been.

It's not like City have a problem with fire-power up front. I'm struggling without him though.

I think we had this debate a couple of pages back...Sans Aguero they're left with Dzeko and Balotelli up front. Their midfielders are scoring, but they only really have 2 striker options now that Tevez is on the outer.
