Voltaren.

Salonpas patches are the bomb. deep heat is okay but if you really want to get into the deep tissue nothing beats these patches.

Voltaran is alright but has never worked for me as for Deep Heat it is average at best compared to Tiger Balm.
Goanna Cream is an intense burn that only works marginally in my Opinion.

Deap Heat is good for 10-20 minutes before a game on areas with pain and tightness.

Voltaren in tablet form is much better than the cream form, both of which are superior to any heat creams. And the other positive is you never have to worry about surgically removing the stuff from your hands before you take a piss.

My physio used to use this stuff on my knee that came in a yellow box, whenever I had ultrasound treatment or massage work done. Best stuff ever. Can't find it now :( I use Voltaren now, and take a tablet or two as well.

Goanna Balm. We have that. It works quite well I've found. Use it whenever I pull a muscle, just rub it in for about 5 minutes, everything sweet.

We have some shit called Goanna cream..I think it's some cheap rip off shit. Voltaren is awesome though.

Voltaren - easily. Deep Heat is relief, Voltaren is an anti-inflammatory.
