Are you trying to login in the search box??

The login dialogue is now in the black bar right at the top of the page... (on the left hand side of the bar)

I had this problem logging in when I was on the forum page. But logging in on the home screen works fine.

yes it does.

The site looked all over the place (seemed FF wasn't rendering the CSS properly) when it first launched. But now looks fine on FF

When the site went all funky was when it was halfway through being uploaded.

Re: login issues; if you actually "click" login, instead of pressing enter, it'll work fine. Minor bug that I'll get around to fixing one day.

Why is there a new button for 'new topic' but still old buttons for 'reply' and 'quote'?

Have you pressed Shift+F5? I've got the new buttons for those.

Shift+F5 does the same thing in Chrome. Though, now I think about it, afro uses Firefox. :P

Firefox requires neither shift nor ctrl. I doubt it was a simple matter of refreshing because I was clicking around pages and as I said, the 'new topic' button had changed, but not the 'quote' or 'add reply' buttons. They have now though.

Hmm, looks like my adblock had blocked the i.haymarket.net.aus url for some reason.

Oh well, fixed now.

the top banner is a bit annoying i think. im talking about the main banner with the big FourFourTwo name and the magazine front cover.

The white background is a bit bland and it makes it seem like its a bit unfinished and something is going in there.

just my view.

Maybe I'm just adverse to change....but...

I don't like the new website. What was wrong with the old one anyways? Sigh.

Liking the new website, very classy guys :)
However, I've noticed that the "add reply" button is still of the old fashion for PMs. Just so you know.

Keeping peoples attention is all about staying 'fresh', most websites update something about their look every six months to achieve this (see facebook constantly changing). FFT hadn't changed since 2007 and it was time for a revamp.
