When did clubs start giving sign-on fees?

I have never heard of it being done in the NSWPL before the last few weeks.

That is a bad precedent for Rockdale to set.

As much as we take the mickey out of each other's clubs, I'd hate to see any club over reach for players and go bust, that would be horrendous

wait for an official press release about hayes before anyone says anything further. then again, utd issued one of those 2 weeks ago.
