FFS people can like more than 1 sport. Fact is the main supporters of the A-League in years to come will be NRL and AFL fans

Is this the right lounge room to say Newcastle recorded one of the gayest crowd numbers of all time.

There is no curriculum in the Llounge. And you are also indeed correct. Is it the lowest ever crowd at an A-league game?
On another note, I had to bring in many things from outside before due to the hazard of ANOTHER dust storm. Who would have thought someone from Sydney would be saying that!

Season 2005-06: NZK v MV - 1,922. Season 2006-07: NZK v CCM - 1,632.
Found Something out - Perth In 2008-09 - 4,300. So Officially PG Had the gayest crowd number of all time for a Aussie Club. NJ come 2nd. (Y)

We need a football team to get a crowd.
He was a man of specific quirks. He believed that all meals should be earned through physical effort. He also contended, zealously like a drunk with a political point, that the third dimension would not be possible if it werent for the existence of water.

Let's not forget that when it comes to football, Newcastle is a bandwagoner town. The rest of the city couldn't give a shit if attractive football is being played because the average bandwagoner sees: 'Newcastle 0-1 Perth.' Then they think, 'oh, they lost. They're crap. Not going.'

Simon Hill said during the game that there was "Junior Presentation Nights" in newcastle. that may be a key factor to the crowd number.

Yes, that is true, a mate of mine couldn't go beacuse of that and he is a regular. But still, if presentation nights didn't happen, I think the crowd would've been 6 or 7k tops. That's while the team is losing.
Anyway, who schedules presentation nights on a Friday?:-s

(Y) that was our lowest ebb. 3 and a bit years of poor results, nothing looked like getting better, Newcastle are in a similar position atm, btw, i was at that came, there wasn't many of us there, but we were sure loud.
