My type of fun is sitting at home watching A-League and EPL, or any soccer.
I've only been out 2 days these holidays, and I go back to school on Monday. 2 weeks well spent IMO.

I'm not intending to drink for a while. But when i do, I'm gonna play it smart. A little bit the first time, gradually working my way up to enough to get smashed. :p

Heres the thing that annoys me. People say "Go out and enjoy life, you only have one etc." But do they realise what that person finds as fun? No. They automatically think if you don't go out that you're unhappy and wasting your life. Do they ever bother to consider what that person likes in life? No. I stay at home because I WANT TO. I'm not going to get sucked into what society wants, and I don't do it to defy society. There's too much stereotyping these days. I like to stay home and watch soccer, I like to talk on forums about soccer (and other things), I like to stay up 'till the early hours of the morning and watch soccer. Sure I'll go out if I want, but it's not my style. I'm not a hermet either. I'll go out with friends still , but this is what I like, it's what I enjoy and that should be all that matters shouldn't it? Obviously not :roll:

I've got my reasons for not drinking, I'm never going near the stuff.

sfan its all good i get ya !! trust me im on the same page as u i dont go out wif my mates for months or months the last time i went out properly was my wedding day and i saw my mates then .and i go out wif the wife and kid a lot more but im a home body and a real family man who enjoys his fams company more .

Yeah, I lived with my alcoholic dad for like 8 yrs, and I now know it ruins families, and my dad almost died after so long of drinking.

I dont drink, all my mates do, dont see the fucking point, you can have a good time with alcohol

yeah my mates get smashed and im the sober one i hate the drink ruins so many lives

if you do it smart its alright, just when you get stupid with it. ;)

like i don't feel like drinking atm, but who knows, i might have a drink or two when i'm older. :P

I dont drink much, and I've never been totally gone. I want to on my 18th, but thats about it :lol:.

Im a big fan of whiskey, so I have a few every now and then when I go out. (which isnt often), and a few every now and then when home with friends, but I dont just drink anything for the sake of it. I dont really drink anything else

LOL I am quite different to you guys. I love the nightlife. I drink basically every day of every week. Not heavily I just enjoy the taste of a good whiskey before I go to bed a couple of them on the rocks or with distilled water on Sunday - Thursday and hit it hard on Friday and Saturday nights because thats what I enjoy. I like the taste and I like the effect that alcohol has. It relaxes me and I can enjoy my night out even more.

Yeah, its a personal thing and theres no right or wrong, unless perhaps you ask your liver. :P

OY..... thats an ongoing legal issue. We will let the jury decide on the matter of assault. I maintain my stance that he fell down some stairs!
