Had a run around for a while, haven't given it a proper go yet. Seems like there's a lot of already established stuff and might be a bit hard for a newcomer to get into.

My new base is at least 20,000 blocks away. Next time you're on I'll teleport you to me and you can set up shop there.

Just a word of warning on that server though, don't ever trust anyone other than me. and don't ever accept a teleport request from someone that wants to TP to you.

Yeah, I was on earlier and there was a few of them having a text argument about someone stealing some crops. Was pretty funny actually.

I steal their watermelons all the time. It makes them crazy :lol:

It was brilliant, they were all accusing this guy who wasn't even on at the time. Then he joined and started defending himself. I didn't have it in me to say that I think it might have been me. I found some wheat pretty much in the middle of nowhere, so I just took it :lol:

Coolio. I dug a 3x4 stairway all the way to bedrock and filled a huge compartment halfway down with grass & sheep. Have also made a storage room and two off-shoot mines.

I spent a bit of time around the nether looking for a fortress so we can get a blaze farm going, but no dice yet :(

So what's the go with Servers where you're online with random people? Is it just, each to their own, hide your stuff coz everybody loots, or what?

If you don't have a premium minecraft.net account you can't play on this server.

When it says, add server, what do I put? Plus server address. Just want to check.

Right, I know how to host a server now and I can do it if we get a few people interested. Only problem is it will only run when I'm playing it, or when I have the .jar file running. Obviously I can't run it all night so we'd be restricted to how often I can play.

Better off having an 'always up' server so that we aren't all reliant on you being online at the same time.
