Blacktown football park is located on eastern rd doonside next to aqualina reserve soccer fields and opposite the international softball stadium. It's nestled on the corner of the m7 and eastern rd doonside. Entrance is via eastern rd. You cannot access via m7. Spartans are definately in the NSWPL this year. There will be some great derby's between the two sides in the future which has everyone in the area abuzz. Edited by Aussiesrus: 14/2/2012 10:48:57 AM

Field looks mint. still no seats in the stands but plenty of potential and plenty of room to add more stands should they be required. I would think currently it will have <200 seats with them being barely undercover. Honestly looks like they are just trying to get some seats organised for this season and will sort out more to reach the minimum for NSWPL next year (Isn't the minimum 300 undercover or something?

i think FNSW are nopt that strict as long as the club is moving towards complying then it's all good, there are and have been clubs who at some stage or other havent had the correct ground criteria...

The actual criteria is 500 undercover seats and 1000 seats minimum. fnsw have shown leniency in the past to clubs who are moving along so they'll probably be okay for this year. then again, how many people will tunr up to a spartans game? i doubt they'll get a single 500+ crowd this year unless theyre playing the demons. i hope im wrong.

I look forward to attending games this year. I really like having year round football to watch, which is a great advantage of having nswpl in winter
