One that I keep hearing is Craig Bellamy to Perth Glory. He even said to the media that one day he'd love to play in Australia and meet some Aussie chicks.

Another rumour is that out of favour United striker Carlos Tevez is looking for a move to Central Coast Mariners.

their backline hasn't been the best this season so I think he is likely to keep his spot because he s a standout. I can see them buying a new forward, wouldn't be surprised if it was Amr Zaki from Wigan

Yeah I dont think Juve will wnat to let him leave but their transfer manager Secco is an idiot and all the fans hate him, to him every player has a price and with him not often good ones. Ranieri and the players will try and stopa deal going through but who knows. I think they would be better off going for a keeper not so good but one that has experience in Europe, a prime example is Coupet but Atletico have him. The Mexican keeper Francisco Guilermo Ochoa is a fine talent, young, good athleticism and a fine save but most of all he is still in Mexico and I want United to get him when VDS leaves. No chance they will get all of those Perhaps Ronaldo and Warnock, and Robinho has told them to buy Thiago Silva and Kleber.

Yeah. They will most likely swoop for the players who are on the fringes at the big clubs and offer them first team, people like Bridge

Yeah he sounds good and I can only really see Ferguson signing yoyths like him from now on but we have that position covered and Possebon looks in great shape to take the reigns later

http://www.foxsports.com.au/story/0,8659,24748404-29437,00.htmlManchester City offer $295m for Real Madrid keeper Iker Casillas From correspondents in Madrid, Spain December 03, 2008 REAL Madrid goalkeeper Iker Casillas has rejected a move to big-spending Manchester City, who were ready to pay a world record €150 million ($295m) for the Spanish international, Spanish media said. Under the deal, Casillas would have received $26 million a year to play for the English Premier League side, bought in September by the Abu Dhabi United Group.

If they take Essien away, I will hate them forever [-( Edited by marconi101: 4/12/2008 07:16:19 PM
He was a man of specific quirks. He believed that all meals should be earned through physical effort. He also contended, zealously like a drunk with a political point, that the third dimension would not be possible if it werent for the existence of water.

Edited by marconi101: 4/12/2008 07:16:19 PM Thats one of the reasons I hate Chelsea so much is because we could have had him and that was the stage where as soon as we showed interest in a player Chelsea would sign them

And we also took Obi Mikel from you guys. Essien is my favourite player. BY FAR. If he leaves then tha would be just be crap.

And I bet Man U would've kept him as a AM rather than the DM that Chelsea made him.

Dunno why chelsea made him into a DM. Seems kinda pointless to me. Did they look at him and think "makelele" or what?
Chelsea have almost wrapped up a deal for highly rated Benfica 15 yea-old tallent Toni Brito. No word of a fee as of yet. Which probably means chelsea are being screwed.
And Sam Allardyce is being touted as Keane's successor at Sunderland. Seems like a good idea.

We are trying to make Obi Mikel into a 'Makelele' becuase of Makelele's age and all they wanted to make him into that type of player. Its not really working however. Heard about Big Sam going to Sunderland. I think it would be a great move. Hopefully this deal with Benfica wont turn into another Man Shitty/Robinho fiasco

Part of waht made Makelele 'Makelele' was his experience and his cool head. Obviously this is something that Mikel lacks.
There's also talk of Arsenal making a move for Fulham's Brede-Paulsen Hangeland which would be a good move too, he's far better than Djourou or Senderoff.
Apparently Kinnear's going to get a transfer kitty to spend in January. Knowing Newcasle, that will be $10, a paper-clip and a bottle of coke.

Essien is a much better choice than Mikel in that position. Newcastle dont have the pulling power to get big names or talented players (:p). It will only get tougher for them. But who knows they could get someone big.

It's funny because it's true. I can't see them signing anybody big. You know you're in trouble when signing Danny Guthrie is considered a transfer coup. Michael Owen will almost certainly be leaving IMO too. REmember that clause he has in his contract where he can leave on his own terms if the club aren't performing mid-table or higher?
