Drogba wont go to Inter i gurantee it, he wouldn't get a start infront of Zlatan and Adriano so it'd be alot of money for a backup striker

If Drogba goes then it would probably only be Zlatan and Drogba. They would sell Adriano because him and Drogba are so alike. Perhaps a trade with Chelsea - Drogba for Adriano? :-k

He was a man of specific quirks. He believed that all meals should be earned through physical effort. He also contended, zealously like a drunk with a political point, that the third dimension would not be possible if it werent for the existence of water.

Isn't Adriano likely to leave though? Anyway I think most including Mourinho would rate Drogba ahead of Adriano

If a deal with Drogba was going to happen then at least Chelsea would want substantial insurance out of that.
Adriano is good but Drogba is better. All this transfer talk is speculation however.

Once you sort out Adriano's head/discipline problems I would easily have him ahead of Drogba

Right now he is... but his 30 meaning he may be able to keep his peak for 2 years max, Adriano is 26 and he has plenty more years to give. If Scolari remains manager the move could well happen. The fact that they want Arshavin is ridiculous, he will not fit in at all. Barca would be good for him, playing the old Ronaldinho role, this would also profit Messi.
Cheers.

They aren't really that alike. Adriano's sort of a Henry, modern striker, in a target man's body when Drogba is just a target man. That's not to say Adriano can't play the big fellow it's just not his style, he has bags of pace [or used to] and lovely technique.
Drogba couldn't really work at Inter anyway because Zlatan's the big personality, Drogba would just upset him. An upset Zlatan or and a happy Drogba or a happy Zlatan? I know who I'd like.

Powerfull as well and has excellent technique if he hadnt of fallen from grace then no doubt he would be one of the best at the moment. He and Drogba are simmilar in many ways, both are strong, great finishers although Adriano has way better technique and both take decent free kicks. They both have probalems Drogba being a sook and Adriano being a partier

Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal are battling to lure Russian striker Andrei Arshavin to north London. (Sunday Telegraph)

Arsenal will also sign Manchester United's loan star Carlos Tevez. (Sunday Mirror)

Spurs will lead the chase for Fulham midfielder Jimmy Bullard with a £4m bid when the transfer window opens. (News of the World)

Manchester City believe they have secured the signing of Juventus goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon in a deal worth £30m that sees him demanding a weekly wage in excess of £200,000. (Observer)

But City will miss out on Valencia striker David Villa. The Blues had been prepared to pay £50m for Villa, but he is only interested in moving to a team in the Champions League. (Sunday Express)

Rafael Benitez will have to sell before he can strengthen his Liverpool squad next month, as American owners George Gillett and Tom Hicks need to service a £350m loan due to be repaid on 25 January. (Sunday Telegraph)

Blackburn have emerged as front-runners to open the bidding for out-of-favour Celtic winger Aiden McGeady. (Sunday Express)

I would love to see Aiden McGeady in the EPL he is a fantastic player.
Lol at the Tevez story, as if Arsenal would fork out 32 mil for a player. I cant see him leaving but if he does I can only see him going to Inter, he loves the club and wouldnt move to a rival.
Also cant see Buffon going anywhere the fans would murder the entire board and Secco would die a very pianfull death

Bendtner isnt worth shit. Ribery is a gun. Ribery, Nasri and Fabregas would be a killer midfield. Theyd have to obtain him another way though. Maybe Bendtner + 20m, or just 20m because no one wants Bendtner.

---------Almunia

Theyd push for the title for sure. They just need Ribery, Toure and another CB.

Should look something like this in a 4-5-1 type of set up.

--------------Almunia
--Sagna--Toure--Gallas/New signing--Clichy--
------------Toure/Veloso
--Ribery--Fabregas--Nasri--RVP--
-------------Adebayor

Personally I prefer Nasri in a central position.

He's only being used out there because of Rosicky's injury. Probably time for Thomas to return to Germany and start over.

Yeah. He's not being used there because its hard to get a place in the starting 11. LOL. Rosicky is wasted in wide positions too. I believe he plays more on the right anyway. Theo Walcott is arguably Arsenals first choice RW and hes also out. They really need a left footed winger.

Nasri is a freak in the center, I think Veloso would be great for Arsenal but they might be priced out of it with United and Milan interested too.

I remember at the start of the season Everton saying they were interested in Veloso not sure what happened with that but I'll be glad it fell through if we get him. Can't see Wenger buying any players unless Gallas leaves.
