I would like to see the videos show actual players performing the drills not just animations. A bit like the inside soccer website. Not only do you see how it looks in actual practice but it also shows how the coach manages the session, what mistakes can occur, what the players will naturally do. An animation just shows the perfect scenario as the coach wants to see but as we know that rarely happens.
Putting videos of training drills online is something the FFA should be doing already. Just set up a youtube account and record some of the skillaroo or NTC sessions and then any coach who is interested could see what the FFA is looking for.
