Ribery to Real Madrid (Wouldn't be that much of a shock though)

Here's one to stir some people up:
Torres to Man City

Aguero to Chelsea

Hart to Arsenal

Dzeko to Milan

Atletico want 50 mill pounds for Aguero, and by the looks of things Ancelotti wants Dzeko and Pato more

He was a man of specific quirks. He believed that all meals should be earned through physical effort. He also contended, zealously like a drunk with a political point, that the third dimension would not be possible if it werent for the existence of water.

Chelsea aren't going to bring in any established players. They're working on youth to bring the average age of their squad down.

Liverpool are never going to sell Torres to City. That's nonsensical. Do you think Chelsea would sell Lampard to United? Do you think Barcelona would sell Messi to Madrid? Do you think United would sell Rooney to Chelsea? It's stupid to suggest a side will sell their star player to a side that is a rival in terms of league position.

WEST HAM ARE UP FOR SALE WITH ONE EXCEPTION
No messing around at West Ham after their shambles of a season.

The club's owners have confirmed via the Fourth Estate that every one of their players with the exception of Scott Parker will be put up for sale at the end of the season.

"If we get the right bid we will sell any player, apart from Parker," joint-owner David Sullivan has told The Sun. "Finishing where we have done is anything but satisfactory.

"Parker is not for sale. He has several years left on his contract and has intimated on several occasions he wants to stay. He is Mr West Ham."

For the purposes of clarity, Sullivan has also disclosed the club's plans to Daily Mirror in even greater detail:

"Under no circumstances will Scott Parker be sold and we will be buying more than we are selling. But you have to break a few eggs to make a cake.

"We are not going to sell anybody cheaply and we will be net spenders this summer. There will be no fire-selling and we will enhance the squad, not diminish it, but we realise we need changes.

"We will have to shake up the pack because there is no point kidding ourselves otherwise the team we have will be in the same position next year - the table doesn't lie."

We'll take Upson thank you very much:lol:

Quote:
'VILLA INTERESTED IN COLE'
Following hot on the heels of that announcement from Sullivan is the claim of the Daily Mail that 'Aston Villa are interested in West Ham striker Carlton Cole.'

'The England international, 26, has been one of the few shining lights for West Ham in their troubled season and his sale would upset supporters. However, Villa are ready to test West Ham's resolve in the summer with a bid of around £10m,' it reports.

There's also a suggestion that Villa might be interested in Manchester City's Stephen Ireland and Barcelona misfit Alex Hleb.

Would be a good signing considering Heskey is shit:lol:

NEW DEAL FOR BALE
The Daily Telegraph reckons that Gareth Bale's fine form of late will earn him a bumper new deal at Tottenham:

'Daniel Levy, the Tottenham chairman, has a track record of rewarding key players with improved and extended contracts and with clubs from home and abroad showing interest in the former Southampton defender, he is expected to be given a further incentive to remain at the club.

'Bale is currently on around £25,000 a week and a new contract could see one of the Premier League's most improved players double his wages and bring him closer to Spurs' top earners, Ledley King, Jonathan Woodgate and Jermain Defoe.'

Wooooo there! Did someone just say Jonathan Woodgate? Yikes, Spurs really didn't get a good deal for their money with that one this year.

Anyway, back to the Telegraph's gossiping:

'Bale, who joined Spurs at the age of 17 in 2007, signed a new deal in August 2008 worth around £25,000 a week, which does not expire until the summer of 2012. But with Manchester United and Juventus among the clubs showing interest, Levy could back manager Harry Redknapp's insistence that he would not be leaving.

'With Tottenham still in the driving seat for fourth place and a Champions League berth next season, Redknapp is more interested in extending his squad rather than selling off key players and a new deal for Bale would highlight that.'

I'm confused about Bale. Is he a left winger or a left back:-s

Quote:
KEANE AND WOLVES TO REMARRY?
This sounds about right: According to The Sun, 'Robbie Keane
is back on the Wolves wanted list now that they have clinched Premier League survival.'

Wolves were Keane's first professional club and it is not thought likely that he will return to Spurs when his loan spell at Celtic ends.

'He still has three years left on his Spurs contract but has told boss Harry Redknapp he wants to play regularly,' reports the newspaper.

'And that could open the door to a season-long deal with Wolves, who were prepared to pay a £1million loan fee and the player's £65,000-a-week wages at the turn of the year.

'Keane is good friends with Wolves' Irish striker Kevin Doyle and has a soft spot for the club.'

Would be massive for Wolves

Quote:
TAYLOR TO BARCA?
Want a bats**t mental rumour?

Look no further than Catalan daily Sport (not Daily Sport - daily, Sport....but you knew that), who claim that Steven Taylor will be heading to Barcelona, and Carles Puyol will be packed off to Newcastle in return.

Riiiiiight.

Had a right:lol: at this.

Girondins de Bordeaux striker Marouane Chamakh has revealed that he spurned the chance of moves to Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool in order to sign for Arsenal.

The Moroccan international is set to become Gunners boss Arsene Wenger's first major signing of the summer soon, and he has confirmed that interest in him was from a wider area than just England.

"There were approaches from Liverpool, Tottenham and offers of madness from Russia which were much greater than those from England. But, I was focused on playing in the Premier League," the striker told L'Equipe.

"I count the days, 11 short days. As time passes, it feels weird. I feel many emotions."

Chamakh remained at Bordeaux for the final season of his contract after Wenger balked at the French outfit's asking price a year ago.

The player claims that he has no regrets about remaining in Ligue 1 though.

"I took a risk to stay with one year left on my contract, but I never cheated, I gave of myself fully," he explained.

Sunderland have signed Paraguayan winger Cristian Riveros from Mexican club Cruz Azul on a free transfer. 27 year old Riveros has played 43 games for his country and scored 8 goals from midfield - he's in line for a world cup place this year.

Two years ago Steve Bruce tried to sign him for Wigan but was quoted 12 million quid. When he found out the lad was out of contract he signed him immediately knowing that other clubs would jump for the lad if they knew he was available.

Don't want to get carried away because I haven't seen the lad play, but based on Bruce's record with South Americans I'm a pretty happy lad!

Luis Fabiano expects to leave Sevilla this summer. He only has a year left on his contract and sky reckons he will be available for about 17 to 20 million euro. He has stated he wants to sign for us and Fergie is an admirer but turned down a younger Villa because he was too old.

Buffon has hinted at a Juve exit and has encouraged a bid from either Manchester club.

Manchester United have been linked with a move for Lloris, a Anderson plus cash move for Di Maria and a move for Luis Suarez. Apparently Fergie intends to wrap up all his signings before the World Cup

Every club under the sun linked with Giuseppe Rossi
Giuseppe Rossi is being chased by a host of clubs in Italy and England according to his agent.

The Villarreal striker, who is in Marcello Lippi's provisional squad of 30 to go to this summer's World Cup, may leave the club in the summer and could move back to his homeland or to England, where he was a part of Manchester United's youth team before moving to Spain.

Rossi has impressed during his time at the Yellow Submarine, scoring 33 goals in 91 games for the club, earning him international recognition and a place in Lippi's Confederations Cup squad for Italy in 2009.

"I feel that the player can leave Villarreal because this is a period of downsizing for the club," Rossi's agent Andrea Pastorello told calciomercato.it

"Several teams like Giuseppe in Italy.

"Juventus and Roma are important clubs, also Napoli and Fiorentina, but there are no real negotiations yet.

"I'm not sure whether Rossi will certainly come back to Italy, in recent weeks he was also viewed by several English clubs such as Liverpool, Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester City."

Pastorello spoke of the 23-year-old's desire to make the final squad to go to the World Cup, as the Italians look to defend the title they won in 2006 under Lippi.

He also stated that although it will be a perfect opportunity for Rossi to showcase his ability, he did not feel it would be a major influence on the clubs already watching him.

"We hope he's within the 23 for the World Cup," he added.

"For Rossi it is an honour to be called by Lippi.

"The World Cup may lead to something more, but I don't think it will influence the market of interest too much."

Yeah true but hopefully the rumours of a Carrick swap are true, nothing against Michael he is a quality player but it seems his confidence has been knocked after Rome and he has looked a shadow of his best since then but a new start could rejuvenate him. However if Milner does go to City I would be very keen for us to take Ireland off their hands, he is on the outer as it is and has enormous potential under the right leadership, I read a good article the other day comparing him to a pre Chelsea Frank Lampard and how he developed with the right leadership

I've got my heart set on Liverpool picking up Rossi and Van Der Vaart to pad things out a little. Since any decent left winger is being priced right out of our market by fucking Man City. We were linked to Benzema and Ben Arfa during the week, but both of them would prove to be excessively expensive and rafa keeps saying he wants to buy english, which is shit because we don't have the funds to be buying english.

The first departure of the off season for Arsenal as Fran Merida signs with Atletico Madrid on a free transfer. Not really a surprise knew it was coming since January and not a massive loss hasn't really lived up to his potential. Got some chances in the first team this year and didn't really impress. Apart from his screamer against Liverpool in the Carling Cup that is.

Also news is that Barcelona are about to fax through an official offer of 30 million pounds for Fabregas which will obviously be ripped up and rejected. Seriously what the fuck are they thinking. 30 million. They guy is worth at least 50 million and if they want him that badly they better prove it.

Also with Mourinho going to Real Madrid now anyone else think that the longer this goes on with Barcelona the more likely it is that Madrid will make a play for Fabregas especially since Mourinho was interested in bringing him to Inter as well. He would love nothing more then to steal Barca's thunder.

In the end I don't think he will leave simply because Barca aren't willing to pay what we want for him.

Arsenal can have Simon Kjaer for £10m, but Sakho? No chance!

The Danish youngster Simon Kjaer has been linked with Arsenal for a long time, even though the transfer window isn’t even open yet, and today the Palermo director Walter Sabatini has revealed that anyone that meets the 12m euro (about £10m) buy-out clause for Kjaer will win his signature.

Sabatini said yesterday: “Of course the World Cup can emphasise a player, but Kjaer will only leave Palermo if a team pays his buy-out clause.”

This seems like an extremely generous offer for a promising 21 year-old defender of Kjaer’s class, and I would be surprised if Wenger didn’t consider a deal like that…

Another player linked strongly with Arsenal, Mamadou Sakho, seems to be staying with his home club, Paris St Germain, for at least one more season.

Sakho’s agent, Tim Hager said today: “No, Mamadou Sakho will stay in Paris. He will not leave the club this summer. The club do not want to sell him this summer. It is simple, they want to wait another year.

“Arsene Wenger was interested last summer, but Paris wanted £25 million for the player. So it was not possible for the club. And this summer, Paris are keen to keep him for the next year. So he will be staying.”

Well that would appear to be a definite ‘NO’ to Sakho then, but would Arsenal fans snap up Kjaer for just £10m?
http://justarsenal.com/arsenal-can-have-simon-kjaer-for-10m-but-sakho-no-chance/4072

Thought this was interesting regarding Kjaer. 10million pounds that's a bargain for a player as promising as him and I really hope Wenger at least makes a play for him. At 10 mill he'd be stupid not to.
