Done deal now that one. Kuszczak, Bruno and now Bridge. 3 very good signings. This Brighton squad is shaping up incredibly.

Says a lot about the state of Bridge's game that he came to Sunderland, where we haven't had a left back for about five years, and STILL couldn't get into the starting XI, and when his loan deal was up no one even asked if we should keep him.

Khedira > Modric when you have Ronaldo, Di Maria, Ozil and Alonso in the midfield. Easily.

This proves Xabi was underrated at Liverpool.

I think Modric is there for depth.
If Barcelona can have Cesc Fabregas, Keita, Thiago and Mascherano as secondary midfield options I think Madrid can have Modric.

How would everyone feel if we put a list of 'acceptable' sources in the OP, so we can filter out all of this BS from the newspapers and only have semi reliable links in here?

No one would take notice tbh. Also, people are mostly looking at reliable sites - BBC, Sky and the like - who are quoting these less reliable sites.

I'd make them take notice by removing any links to BS :P

Yeah but that's the issue - BBC's gossip column for example is not a reliable source

I guess it's not worth moderating anyway, but it just shits me to see something mentioned in caughtoffside or The *** or something and then people go nuts about it when there's no credibility to the source.
