Now let's put things into perspective. The entire Western Sydney Wanderers was sold by FFA for a reported $10 million. However, it has been reported that "Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. has bought a 50% stake in Guangzhou Evergrande for 1.2 billion yuan ($192 million)" which is about A$205 million. At http://blogs.wsj.com/scene/2014/06/05/how-good-is-guangzhou-evergrande/That's right , 100% of Western Sydney Wanderers is sold for $10 million. 50% of Western Sydney Wanderers next opponents in the Asian Champions League, Guangzhou Evergrande , is sold for $205 million.

Also don't think it would be smart to have an all black kit in summer in Australia.

Also don't think it would be smart to have an all black kit in summer in Australia. And most fans seem very content with the home kit. Our kit is dark enough to attract the heat already, doubt any extra black would make much difference. New away kit would be killer.

wouldnt mind. but i like to see a little more detail in the jersey. you see what shanghai shenhua did with their jerseys with the diagonal lines? i rekon we should have that on our hoops i rekon Edited by heyitsrobbie: 20/7/2014 05:08:21 PM

home kit will ALWAYS be red and black hoops, with subtle changes. Like how every year Juve and Milan can have a new kit, but their design is essentially the same (ie stripes). And that's the way it should be. That's our image and I'm glad we kept it for the ACL and not change it like other HAL clubs have done when they go to the ACL.
Its the away kit that I have no problem if they experiment and change it up every year.

I agree. Red & black hoops is pretty much part of our identity and should only be tweaked with slightly.

T-UNIT wrote:Anybody know how the family memberships work this year?? You need to email memberships admin.......................new ticketing system for wanderers by back with ticketek. You can only buy 1 season ticket per email unlike last 2 years were you could purchase all season tickets using the one email. http://www.footballaustralia.com.au/wswanderersfc/news-display/Membership-Renewal-Help/91243Last season we had multiple Memberships on one email address With the introductions of our new Membership system, each Member needs to have a separate and unique email address. If you had multiple memberships tied to a single email address last season, email us at memberships@wswanderersfc.com.au with your details and we will fix it for you. With a large number of Members renewing we will not be able to respond to your email instantly but we will get in touch with a solution as soon as we can. Renewals are open until 17 August so there is no danger of losing your seat if there are complications today.

He looked a bit lax but it could have been just because it was a trial game. He carved through their midfielders when he was in possession. A little excited to see his potential this year!

Signing Troisi would be an interesting move. Where would Bridge then go? The guy is in pretty decent form, captained in the trial and is on a long term contract. Would be a diabolical front 4 though, if Castelan, Saba and Troisi all played to even 75% of their capacity and can supply Juric then we will be unstoppable. We do need someone in partnership with La Rocca that can hold up play a bit more and is a bit more creative. LB is still a real problem, but the best in Golec could be brought out by Popa, and if it is then he will command that spot.
