But: Liverpool-No he'll want champions league Arsenal- Doubt they'll fork out Manchester United-Good luck getting the Glazers to give him all those wages after they just signed RVPSo that just leaves really, us, PSG and City Contrary to popular belief the Glazer's have always been willing to fund any move the club wishes to make, and Fergie has made no secret of his appreciation of Sneijder, having said that though the club doesn't throw money about unless the player is really worth it and he has dipped off a bit lately. This is what they say in public, but the reality is that the public float of shares last year shot them in the foot because now they're treading a very fine tightrope between being that 'big spending' club that everyone expects them to be, and controlling their debt which is getting dangerously close to being greater than the indicated value from the stock float. Re: Sneijder/Liverpool and ECL demands...ECL didn't seem to be an issue this season for him. Mind you, that's probably less of a concern than actually getting regular first team football this season for him. I think he'll probably head somewhere else in Italy. Somewhere like Napoli or Roma perhaps. But regardless of where he goes a major stumbling block will be that his wage demands will be as high as they were when he was at the peak of his game 3 years ago rather than expectations that match his more mediocre form from the past 18 months.

There's talk that Ryan Nelson's MLS bound for a coaching role at DC United.

I think he'll go where he a) gets a decent wage and b) gets good playing time. I doubt we'd come close to matching his wage demands.

At the age of 35, he's probably in his last EPL season anyway. Quote:I think he'll go where he a) gets a decent wage and b) gets good playing time. I doubt we'd come close to matching his wage demands. This is either going to require a rich team taking a gamble on him being able to slot into their team (I can't think of anyone who needs an attacking playmaker like him) or a smaller team throwing the bank at him. Both of those are about as likely as him taking a significant pay cut.

I agree and see QPR as a possible destination provided he takes a pay cut. Can't really think of anyone else who actually needs an expensive midfielder. In saying that apparently we're selling Thudd. Perhaps making room for Sneijder? I can't say i'd want him unless we got a good deal and he agreed to a pay cut.

I can't see him headed to QPR. Harry wouldn't know what to do with him and I don't think he'd want to flirt with relegation like that. As good as he can be as a footballer, he can't save that disaster.
Why would you offload THudd for Sneijder? They're completely different players. But there's talk going around that THudd is QPR bound.
The rumours of Luka Modric returning to the EPL are gathering momentum.
A few of the sunday papers are reporting that Aguero could be Real Madrid bound after being left feeling isolated and disillusioned after the break-up of his marriage.

Yeah that's where the Liverpool part came from. Southampton also apparently interested in Coutinho  As if them signing Ramirez wasn't enough.

After spending big on Gaston Ramirez, I'm not sure where they're going to get another 20m for those two AND their wages.

Schelotto set to move to Fulham or Everton.
My bet is he'll choose Fulham - we need wingers.
Arshavin set to move to Fulham.

Gazetta dello Sport has said that he rejected Gala in preference to an unnamed premier league side. Gala have announced they're in negotiations with Inter so will take an official statement over newspaper rumours. That being said there were rumours around last night that he wants either of the Manchester clubs, but they don't want him.

Massimo Moratti has confirmed Inter have agreed a fee with Galatasaray for Wesley Sneijder. So now it's all up to the player.

Stekelenburg is going for 3.5 million pounds, muy bet is he'll choose Fulham, we need a new keeper, and it'd keep Schwarz on his toes.

I love when Foolem posts in here.
So far he's had Fulham signing Stekelenburg, Schelotto, Arshavin and David. And it's only the 10th.
